Since the Hickory Metro community is our best recruitment asset, twice a year we host interested veterans and their families for our "Welcome Home, Hickory Metro" weekends.

These WHHM weekends are a blend of pre-matched job interviews with local companies and a series of community tours and fun excursions that highlight Catawba County’s ideal quality of life for veterans/families - including everything from the local school systems, to available healthcare and even groups veterans can plug into from Day 1.
